About the role
- Act as the architect of sales processes for ventures
- Drive predictable revenue growth across all venture studio projects
- Recruit, hire, and onboard SDRs and Closers for studio projects
- Develop training materials and provide ongoing coaching
- Lead sales efforts, validate messaging, and close first deals
- Delegate sales execution fully to the trained team
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in B2B or B2C sales (startup or high-growth company preferred)
- Strong record of hitting or beating revenue targets
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and limited resources
- Ability to manage a small team while still selling
