About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles, including the core loop, progression pacing, monetization, and meta systems
  • Maintain the health of the in-game economy
  • Own LiveOps end-to-end, including the calendar, events, and player-retention loop
  • Lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts
  • Give the team a clear plan, develop their capabilities, and maximize performance
  • Oversee the monetization model and balance IAP and ad revenue growth
  • Drive acquisition-side growth in partnership with the UA team
  • Use player data, creative learnings, and campaign performance to shape the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Publishing and studios using shared KPIs
  • Understand and support game development and shipping end-to-end, from concept to launch
  • Apply genre benchmarks and proven best practices to major product decisions
  • Remain hands-on with data and game systems when needed
  • Own the product, economy, and LiveOps of a key RPG title, with potential to lead product across the broader RPG portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of product experience on live mobile games, especially RPG
  • Product experience on live F2P mobile games, ideally RPG/midcore, with end-to-end ownership of major features, progression, monetization, or product roadmaps
  • Strong fluency in RPG mechanics and meta systems, including progression, power curves, collection, PvP/social, seasons, and passes
  • Strong mobile marketability instincts
  • Ideally, experience taking a title from concept/pre-launch through launch and LiveOps, or shaping product direction across multiple titles
  • Deep LiveOps experience, understanding how events, content, progression, and monetization drive engagement and repeat spend
  • Strong track record owning features end-to-end: identifying, building, shipping, measuring, and iterating
  • Practical understanding of what a live team can realistically ship and maintain
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Design, Publishing, Data, Economy, UA, Growth, and external studios
  • Ability to set direction and lead others while remaining hands-on with the game, systems, and data
  • Ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving, high-autonomy teams
  • Collaboration primarily in English
  • Primarily based within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3), or planning to be
