About the role
- Report directly to the Chief People Officer and partner closely with C-levels and hiring managers.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and fast experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into engaging job postings.
- Drive inventive sourcing strategies to identify and excite niche talent across gaming and tech.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future key roles.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Homa as an employer of choice.
- Own innovation projects around recruitment processes, including AI implementation, structure design, and continuous improvement.
- Focus on either Gaming roles (product, publishing, growth, UA, production) or Tech roles (software development, Unity, ML, data).
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech or gaming, with demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions (gaming/product OR tech).
- Experience in niche sourcing and high-talent searches, including using platforms beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Sales-driven mindset, able to engage passive candidates and successfully attract top talent.
- Very focused on candidate experience, delivering excellent “customer service” throughout the process.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders — assisting their needs, training them, and challenging when needed.
- Adaptability: able to pivot quickly and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international context.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a strong plus, but not required.
- Gaming industry experience and knowledge of the gaming ecosystem is not mandatory but a big plus.
