About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As an expert in your sales territory, you identify opportunities and the needs of your professional customers (joineries, carpentries, and industrial businesses) in southern Schleswig-Holstein
- As a dedicated sales professional at a dynamic company, you contribute significantly to the company's success
- As a team player, you work together with inside sales to support existing customers and acquire new clients in the carpentry and interior finishing sectors
- As the primary contact for your customers, you independently coordinate all sales activities within your sales region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales experience in inside or field sales, preferably in a trades or craft environment
- Enthusiasm for selling and for proactively advising and acquiring customers
- Experience with sales KPIs and B2B field sales is desirable
- Motivation to plan your working day independently and to manage your sales territory autonomously and successfully
