About the role

  • As a sales advisor, you competently advise our retail customers on all questions related to our product range in the areas of garden timber, structural timber, and building materials.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and actively sell our high-quality products and services.
  • Independently prepare quotes, pricing calculations, and orders including order processing.
  • Work closely within the sales team as well as with warehouse logistics and installation teams.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or vocational (crafts) training.
  • Experience in retail, for example as a retail/wholesale merchant, salesperson, customer advisor, joiner/carpenter, timber framer, or as a career changer from another industry.
  • Willingness to take the next step in your career and to develop further.
  • Interest in our product range and, as a DIY enthusiast, an affinity for the construction industry and experience in customer advising.
  • You inspire customers, are a team player, and have strong communication skills.
