About the role
- As a salesperson, you competently advise our retail customers on all questions related to our product range in the areas of garden wood, timber construction, and building materials
- Maintain existing customer relationships and actively sell our high-quality products and services
- Independently prepare quotes, cost calculations, and orders, including order processing
- Work closely with the sales team as well as with warehouse logistics and installation teams
Requirements
- Completed commercial or vocational (trade) training
- Experience in trade/retail, e.g., as a retail/wholesale clerk, salesperson, customer advisor, carpenter/joiner, or as a career changer from another industry
- Willingness to take the next step and pursue further development
- Interest in our product range and, as a DIY enthusiast, an affinity for the construction industry and experience in customer advising
- You motivate customers, are a team player and communicative
