About the role
- Planning and implementation of projects in the area of building elements (door projects for the contract/commercial sector)
- Maintaining existing customer relationships
- Preparing quotes, cost calculations and orders and coordinating order processing
- Independently planning and conducting site visits and consultation appointments with property developers
- Working closely with the sales team, warehouse logistics and installation teams
Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or skilled-trade training, e.g., wholesale and export clerk, retail salesperson, building materials clerk, carpenter, joiner or metalworker
- Technical understanding and a strong affinity for the construction industry, plus initial experience in project-based business
- Ability to work independently, team-oriented, communicative, strong negotiation skills and a confident appearance
