About the role
- You advise existing and new customers on all questions related to our product range in the areas of flooring, terraces and doors
- Independently prepare quotations and handle order processing for our private and commercial customers from retail and wholesale
- Coordinate across departments from quote creation and site measurement to scheduling our installation team
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or vocational training, e.g., wholesale and foreign trade merchant, retail salesperson, building materials specialist, carpenter or joiner
- Ideally some initial sales experience, preferably from the DIY/home improvement sector
- Enthusiasm for advising customers and selling our high-quality products
- Friendly, confident demeanor when dealing with private and professional customers
