About the role
- As a Sales Advisor/Salesperson, you competently advise our retail customers on all questions related to our product range in garden timber, structural timber and building materials
- Maintain existing customer relationships and proactively sell our high-quality products and services
- Independently prepare quotes, price calculations and orders, including order processing
- Work closely with the sales team as well as with warehouse logistics and installation teams
Requirements
- Completed commercial or vocational (trade) training
- Experience in retail or trade, e.g. as a retail/wholesale merchant, salesperson, customer advisor, carpenter/joiner or as a career changer from another industry
- Willingness to take the next step and develop professionally
- Interest in our product range and, as a DIY enthusiast, an affinity for the construction industry and experience in customer consulting
- You enthuse customers, are a team player and have strong communication skills
