About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and maintain our time tracking system in day-to-day operations
  • Review, clarify and prepare working hours, absences and corrections
  • Prepare and transfer time data to external payroll accounting
  • Serve as the interface to our external payroll service provider
  • Create, maintain and manage employee-related records and documents
  • Support applicant management as well as onboarding and administrative HR processes
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on operational HR and administrative matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent experience in HR, administration or executive assistance
  • Initial practical experience in HR administration or a comparable organizational role
  • Structured, careful and independent way of working
  • Professional demeanor, discretion and strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy tackling tasks pragmatically and completing them reliably
  • Confident use of digital tools and common Office applications
