About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Market analysis: You systematically identify segments with low competition and high willingness to pay.
  • Active acquisition: You proactively approach target groups that match our profile – architects with a renovation focus, developers, housing associations, municipalities, insurers, claims adjusters, and industrial companies with employee housing needs.
  • Positioning: You tailor our messaging for each target segment, increase our visibility, and develop the sales strategy together with our management.
  • Pipeline development: You build a pipeline that can be tracked and managed – tidy in the CRM (HubSpot) with reliable KPIs.
  • Proposals and negotiations: You manage proposals in close coordination with estimating and site management, negotiate on equal terms, and close deals.
  • Medium term: You develop a sustainable sales structure that continues to operate without you.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of sales experience in the construction, trades, or real estate sector – ideally with exposure to timber construction, prefabrication, modular construction, or renovation.
  • Strong market sense: You identify where competition is thin and margins are higher – and avoid undifferentiated mass-sales.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on mentality, and a genuine drive to shape and build – we don’t just manage; we create.
  • A network in at least one of our target groups (architects, developers, housing associations, public sector, insurers) is a clear advantage.
  • Confident use of modern sales tools – particularly HubSpot.
  • Candidates who actively use AI in sales (research automation, outreach personalization, lead qualification, proposal preparation) have a clear advantage.
  • Willingness to be regularly on-site in the Black Forest for client meetings, coordination, and team activities.
