About the role

  • Client consultation from initial contact through construction documentation (working drawings)
  • Design planning of single-family and multi-family homes as well as project developments
  • Preparation and submission of building permit applications, including coordination with authorities
  • Clarification of planning- and approval-related issues
  • Preparing proposals together with the central estimating department
  • Conducting contract negotiations within predefined negotiation parameters
  • Handover to technical design and site management (site management assumes responsibility after technical design)
  • Ongoing client contact during the execution phase (without site management responsibilities)
  • Processing change orders and additional services
  • Documenting and managing projects in the CRM (HubSpot)

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture
  • Formal authorization to submit building permit documents (Bauvorlagenberechtigung) required
  • Strong design and drafting skills (CAD experience; specific software can be learned on the job)
  • Experience with building permit and approval procedures
  • Enjoy working directly with clients and in consultative sales
  • Structured, dependable, and self-directed working style
