About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product designers to deliver engaging, intuitive AI-grade user experiences
- Ensure smooth UI/UX implementation, with focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
- Work across the full stack (backend included, if needed) to deliver complete product features end-to-end
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and documentation
- Monitor and improve frontend performance and usability
Requirements
- React frontend expertise
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
- Experience in UI implementation with a keen eye for detail and usability
- Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility
- Plus: Experience with products where UX and trust are critical (automation, AI, document processing)
- Plus: Exposure to ERP and CRM integrations
- Plus: German language skills (not required)
- Good command of English
- Strong sense of ownership
