About the role

  • Develop testing frameworks and curation tools that evaluate proposal quality and enforce clarity, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Build systems that intelligently update proposals as requirements change, keeping users confident they’re working with the latest information.
  • Create intuitive interfaces and feedback loops that help users understand, guide, and trust the AI—surfacing reasoning, highlighting errors, emphasizing citations, and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate user feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver high-impact features.
  • Own projects end-to-end, from design through deployment, ensuring every feature elevates the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong full stack development skills with TypeScript/Node.js.
  • Ability to work across both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Obsession with customer experience and usability.
  • Self-starter with ownership mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience or strong interest in LLMs, embeddings, or agent-based systems.
  • Bonus: knowledge of government contracting.
  • Bonus: experience validating and evaluating LLM outputs for accuracy and quality.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience.
  • Experience scaling a platform that serves web and/or enterprise apps.
  • Strong CS fundamentals and architectural instincts.
