General Counsel

• You'll work closely with our General Counsel and cross-functionally across the whole business, playing a key role in keeping Holvi compliant, protected, and moving forward.
• Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle process for third-party service agreements.
• Owning customer-facing terms and conditions.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to Holvi’s business, particularly in the FinTech and payments sector.
• Preparing legal assessments and guidance on new laws and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting legal research and supporting the development of new products, services, and other business initiatives.
• Providing practical and business-oriented legal advice to stakeholders across the company.
• Supporting the handling of customer disputes and coordinating with external law firms.
