Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth, or operations—ideally within a startup, agency, or legal/healthcare setting.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, website platforms (like WordPress), and SEO strategy.
- An experimental mindset, comfortable learning fast, failing smart, and iterating quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
