About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Client Intake & Revenue Generation: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, leading high-value consultations to qualify leads, propose legal strategies, and close new business engagements.
  • Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, maintaining accurate, real-time records of all prospect interactions and conversion metrics within HubSpot.
  • CA Licensed Attorneys: Provide high-level support for overflow legal work as needed for California legal clients.
  • Accountability & KPI Visibility: Your performance and eligibility for advancement are tied to established metrics on conversion rates, data integrity, and case acceptance rates.
  • Success Roadmap: Achieve HubSpot CRM proficiency, manage the sales cycle from consultation to engagement letters, and contribute to strategic refinements of sales scripts or intake processes within the first 90 days.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Legal Credentials: Hold a J.D. and an active license to practice law in a US state.
  • Legal Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law.
  • Consultative Experience: Proven ability to lead client consultations, build immediate rapport, and confidently discuss pricing and firm value.
  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare law into actionable value propositions for prospective clients.
  • Specific Licensure: Active license to practice law in Minnesota or California (Nice-to-Have).
  • Geography: Physical residence near San Diego, CA or the Twin Cities, MN (Nice-to-Have).
  • AI Literacy: Experience using AI and comfort with prompting for AI-assisted tasks (Nice-to-Have).
  • Marketing: Interest in contributing to firm content creation, including video and thought leadership (Nice-to-Have).
