About the role
- Responsible for maintaining overall relationship and communication with TRC Command Center, Operations Supervisors and Managers
- Responsible for delivering training sessions in adherence to schedule; on-time and within budget
- Works closely with peers in TRC Operations, FMS, IT and Performance Excellence to ensure smooth, compliant operation of ARI’s Maintenance and Accident Management programs
- Maintains Training Library and ensures that TRC-SOPs are reviewed and updated annually
Requirements
- High school diploma, Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- A.S.E. and/ or O.E.M. certifications (preferred)
- 2 + years of ARI-TRC Call Center experience
- 3 + years of experience in the Automotive Industry (Repair, Maintenance or Service)
- Exposure to the fleet management industry
- Experience facilitating virtual training via Webex, etc
- Familiarity with training concepts and practices
- Familiarity with Call Center Technologies CTI, IVR, ACD and customer tracking systems
