About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partnership with distributors to promote Holman products
- Discuss and connect the respective SME for other Holman services
- Capture revenue growth, enhance profitability and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction for assigned territory
- Identify and qualify new prospects for potential sales
- Work closely with the assigned Customer Service Representative to ensure customer expectations are being met
- Document prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Develop strong relationships and team selling approach with the other Holman sales teams
- Assist in the development of procedural and process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years’ sales & customer-facing experience
- Proven sales track record
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
