About the role

  • Work directly with internal customers (dealerships) to resolve system and form related issues and requests
  • Partner closely with Controllers on dealer licensing activities, compliance documentation, and related requirements
  • Perform analyst-level duties, including reviewing data, documentation, and system outputs for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with quarterly compliance checks, audits, and education requirements in collaboration with Compliance
  • Help with deal reviews, ensuring documentation, forms, and system entries meet regulatory and company standards
  • Work with system support providers to carry out requests and occasionally troubleshoot technical issues
  • Document customer requests in an organized manner to ensure proper follow up and resolution
  • Manage and continuously maintain form libraries in the dealership Sales and F&I systems
  • Implement form changes as needed in response to regulatory, policy, or procedural changes
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Sales and F&I systems, finance source portals, and associated systems as used by dealership personnel
  • Collaborate with Compliance Department, Controllers, and other Central Services personnel to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services for internal customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a help desk or similar customer service / technical support role is recommended
  • Knowledge of company supported systems, including CDK, DealerTrack, RouteOne, Roadster, DealerSocket, Darwin, CUDL
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry, Sales and F&I operations, Accounting, and the interaction of dealership systems
  • Experience working with dealership Controllers, licensing, or compliance-related processes is a plus
  • Prior dealership experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and effectiveness in work
