Facilitate all Agile Ceremonies: Leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Agile Coaching: Mentor teams and individuals on Scrum and Agile best practices
Team Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders
Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Scrum teams
Facilitate Product Backlog Management: Assist Product Owners in managing the backlog
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding the team
Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks and challenges
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Lean, Kanban)
4-7 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Experience in scaling Agile practices in large or complex organizations
Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, etc.)
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
