About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the day-to-day setup, trafficking, and monitoring of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Pull daily and weekly performance reports, flag anomalies, and surface trends to the Paid Media Manager
  • Support A/B testing efforts by building ad variants, tracking results, and documenting learnings
  • Assist with audience building, keyword research, and negative keyword management
  • Help manage creative asset libraries, ensuring ads are properly tagged, organized, and up to date
  • Support UTM tagging and QA of tracking links to ensure accurate attribution
  • Research competitor ads, platform updates, and industry trends, bringing relevant findings to the team
  • Assist with budget pacing tracking and escalate any delivery or spend issues promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams or agencies to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and to spec

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience building and managing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas
  • Understanding of core paid media metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch errors before they go live
  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a performance marketing environment
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Experience with a marketing agency or internship in a digital marketing role
