About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide business development and marketing support to the firm’s Marketing Department and assigned Section/Practice Group(s)
- Maintain the team’s experience database
- Coordinate and execute responses to external credentialing surveys and awards programs
- Prepare practice development and collateral materials for clients and targets
- Assist with internal and external team communications
- Assist with events
- Develop/prepare customized pitch materials for prospect/client presentations
- Support updating the firm’s practice development information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, law firm experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills
- Strong editing and proofreading skills are essential
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Microsoft 365
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is essential, as is the ability to multi-task and prioritize
