About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide business development and marketing support to the firm’s Marketing Department and assigned Section/Practice Group(s)
  • Maintain the team’s experience database
  • Coordinate and execute responses to external credentialing surveys and awards programs
  • Prepare practice development and collateral materials for clients and targets
  • Assist with internal and external team communications
  • Assist with events
  • Develop/prepare customized pitch materials for prospect/client presentations
  • Support updating the firm’s practice development information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, law firm experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills are essential
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Microsoft 365
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is essential, as is the ability to multi-task and prioritize
