About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the daily processing of the firm’s Marketing Database (InterAction)
Ensure the overall quality of data by examining and processing contact data changes
Perform daily data quality control procedures, including review and approval of data change management requests
Monitor the flow of data between InterAction, IQ, and other databases
Perform and educate InterAction data imports and exports related to Marketing projects
Provide InterAction project support and assist with developing best practices
Coordinate and implement data updating for auto-replies/bouncebacks
Produce and maintain InterAction reports
Educate and support InterAction users and act as a CRM subject matter expert
Suggest ways to enhance the marketing database for increased usage
Perform QA testing related to any software upgrades

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
4+ years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
