Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product strategy, innovation, and commercialization (cannabis or highly regulated industry preferred)
  • Strong track record of building and scaling product portfolios and driving revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of consumer trends, product development, and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and operations
  • Knowledge of formulation, packaging, and regulatory requirements
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating at both a high-level and in the details within a fast-paced environment
