About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the client's ambassador within the agency, ensuring communication is not only fluid but aligned with the brand's business objectives.
  • Establish and manage communication SLAs (Service Level Agreements), ensuring the client receives structured reports and that expectations are proactively managed.
  • Develop a technical trust relationship, acting as a consultant who anticipates needs before they become formal requests.
  • Lead the strategic unfolding process, transforming superficial briefings into robust technical documents with clear goals, KPIs and operational constraints.
  • Orchestrate integration between Creative, Production and Planning teams, ensuring the strategy's through-line is preserved during technical execution.
  • Conduct critical alignment meetings to validate the technical and financial feasibility of proposals before final client presentation.
  • Ensure quality standards across the supplier chain, acting as the final approval filter before delivery to the end client.
  • Manage project Critical Paths, using management methodologies to identify operational, weather or logistical risks that may impact delivery.
  • Implement structured contingency plans for each activation, ensuring the client is aware of risks and prepared solutions.
  • Monitor contractual and technical milestones, providing full visibility of progress through dashboards or detailed status reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Events, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields, complemented by a postgraduate degree or MBA in the area;
  • Solid experience in Live Marketing: Mastery of the sector's particularities (event production, promotional item logistics, staff hiring, scenic structure/sets).
  • Brand Strategic Vision: Ability to assess whether a live marketing action aligns with the client's positioning.
  • High-Level Communication: Skill to lead meetings with stakeholders across different hierarchical levels.
  • Organization and Methodology: Experience with project management tools and structured account management processes.
  • Advanced English.
