About the role
- Serve clients in the events area
- Gather briefings from clients
- Prepare quotations with approved suppliers and/or suppliers that serve the trip destination
- Plan and execute incentive trips of low to medium complexity
- Develop cost spreadsheets, timelines, and checklists to manage trips
- Monitor and control the event cash flow
- Prepare the event financial closing and submit it for client approval
- Prepare post-event reports for medium-complexity events
- Ensure the quality of services provided and client satisfaction
- Develop logistics and operations for trips
- Conduct site visits/inspections as needed
- Provide on-site support and oversight during trips
- Research destination information including entry requirements, language, and climatic, cultural, social, economic, and political conditions
- Provide destination consultancy for trip planning
- Ensure the organization, security, and confidentiality of documentation, equipment, and information under your responsibility
- Contribute to the professional development of junior colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Events, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years' experience
- Must reside in Campinas or São Paulo (capital)
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a plus
