About the role

  • Serve clients in the events area
  • Gather briefings from clients
  • Prepare quotations with approved suppliers and/or suppliers that serve the trip destination
  • Plan and execute incentive trips of low to medium complexity
  • Develop cost spreadsheets, timelines, and checklists to manage trips
  • Monitor and control the event cash flow
  • Prepare the event financial closing and submit it for client approval
  • Prepare post-event reports for medium-complexity events
  • Ensure the quality of services provided and client satisfaction
  • Develop logistics and operations for trips
  • Conduct site visits/inspections as needed
  • Provide on-site support and oversight during trips
  • Research destination information including entry requirements, language, and climatic, cultural, social, economic, and political conditions
  • Provide destination consultancy for trip planning
  • Ensure the organization, security, and confidentiality of documentation, equipment, and information under your responsibility
  • Contribute to the professional development of junior colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Events, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience
  • Must reside in Campinas or São Paulo (capital)
  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a plus
