About the role
- Execute and manage accounts receivable processes
- Ensure reconciliations and effective recovery of receivables
- Responsible for delinquency analysis and collection, confirmation/transfer, and processing returns of file balances
- Provide financial support, including modifications to boleto payments (bank slips)
- Ensure correct collection procedures related to Costa Brava's delinquent accounts
- Provide appropriate support for questions and issues related to accounts receivable processes
- Record receipts, perform bank reconciliation of credits, offset with advances, control delinquency, and calculate and record financial income (penalties/interest)
- Ensure timely reconciliation of receipts and accurate recording of financial credits
- Daily reconciliation of receipts and updated delinquency reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 5 years of experience
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, basic SQL
- Knowledge of financial mathematics and credit analysis
- Experience with management systems (ERP/CRM)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and consumer protection law
- Knowledge of credit analysis
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Leadership and ability to provide guidance
- Critical analysis and decision-making skills
