About the role

  • Lead all onboarding projects for new clients;
  • Support new clients and address their questions and concerns;
  • Act as the Hypercare guardian for new clients, identifying and resolving any issues or questions;
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure new clients have access to all necessary information and resources;
  • Assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process and propose improvements;
  • Participate in projects and initiatives related to Customer Success;
  • Work to improve Customer Success metrics;
  • Conduct implementation and follow-up meetings related to onboarding;
  • Execute onboarding steps, demobilization (offboarding), and support during Hypercare;
  • Identify improvements and prioritize actions;
  • Assign responsibilities and monitor the implementation of actions, providing support when needed;
  • Map friction points in the onboarding process and provide feedback to the New Business team;
  • Keep onboarding process documentation up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (completed);
  • 2 years of experience, preferably in Customer Success with a focus on onboarding;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced English;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and proactive;
  • Currently enrolled in or completed higher education;
  • Preferred: fluent English and/or Spanish;
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies;
  • Knowledge of Product Discovery practices;
  • Previous experience with recruitment and selection or Employer Branding.
