About the role
- Organize and schedule in-person or virtual meetings with potential clients via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media, focusing on securing new corporate contracts primarily for yourself as well as for the rest of the sales team (Junior and Senior Business Executives and Head of Sales).
- Manage CRM platforms to continuously update leads, including company data, contacts within those companies, and quotation/tender processes (also for Junior and Senior New Business Executive roles).
- Develop and maintain B2B prospect contact lists using formats such as Excel spreadsheets, keeping these records up to date in line with the CRM platforms used for New Business and Customer Success (also for Junior and Senior New Business Executive roles).
- Develop and present institutional materials and technical/commercial proposals virtually or in person.
- Conduct end-to-end quotation and tender processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
- Mediate with the legal department on the drafting, review, and signing of service contracts, ensuring alignment with agreed commercial terms and legal compliance.
- Align commercial clauses with the client before submitting them to Legal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Online Booking Tools (OBT) (Argo, Reserve, Lemontech, or similar).
- CRM platforms.
- Basic English.
- Basic Spanish (desired).
- Self-awareness.

- Organizational skills.
- Assertive communication.
