About the role

  • Record and verify accounts payable entries in the ERP system
  • Review and validate invoices, payment slips (boletos) and other financial documents
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage recurring obligations
  • Support payment flow planning and cash flow forecasting
  • Manage advances, reimbursements and expense allocations
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and performance indicators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience
  • Strong expertise in bank reconciliations
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Financial reporting and internal controls
  • Critical thinking
