Requirements
A high school grad (or above!) who enjoys working with children;At least 6 months of experience—paid or unpaid (volunteer or exposure) —supporting individuals with developmental disabilities;Someone energetic, patient, and ready to learn;Valid driver’s license, own reliable source of transportation, and active auto insurance;Willing to travel locally for sessions with clients (30 minutes or less);Passion for working with children and youth with developmental disabilities;Bonus Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree;ABA experience or RBT Certified;Experienced and comfortable managing a wide variety of maladaptive behaviors;Bilingual
