• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals for therapists and clinicians
• Source, attract, and hire top talent using various recruitment methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
• Provide guidance and support to more junior recruiters and interns
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect their requirements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software to manage candidate information and track hiring metrics
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed

Clinical Recruiter

Accountant

• Perform comprehensive account reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit card accounts, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries for a wide range of transactions, including intercompany allocations, revenue recognition, and expense accruals.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and ensuring the accuracy of financial data across all accounts.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide supporting schedules for payroll and general ledger accounts during audits.
• Analyze and improve payroll and accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay current with accounting regulations (GAAP) and payroll tax laws to ensure compliance.
• Generate client invoices, including specialized billing for school districts, commercial payers, and private-pay clients.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including payroll accruals, prepaid expenses, and other month-end adjustments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including prepaid expense, payroll liabilities etc.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and variance analysis.
• Oversee and ensure accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to ensure accurate benefit deductions and reporting.
• Prepare payroll-related reports, including 401(k) contributions, tax filings, and year-end W-2 reconciliations
