About the role

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with global mobile carriers, leading negotiations to secure competitive agreements.
  • Lead and oversee contract negotiations to optimize pricing, service features, and technology integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain carrier agreements efficiently.
  • Continuously assess market trends, carrier performance, and partnership success to drive strategic improvements.
  • Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end carrier management, from onboarding to contract renewal, reducing inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or commercial carrier relations —preferably on the connectivity/network provider side (MNO/MVNO/MVNE).
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts with telecom providers, including pricing, SLAs, and technical/commercial clauses.
  • Deep understanding of telecom business models, especially MNO, MVNO, and MVNE partnerships.
  • Experience analyzing business performance metrics and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level minimum); Spanish or other languages are a strong plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global, and multicultural environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally without visa restrictions.
  • Strong analytical and results-driven approach.
