About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Full Recruiting Lifecycle: From sourcing to signed offer, you own the process end-to-end.
- Be HOH’s First Culture Ambassador: Every candidate interaction is a reflection of who HOH is.
- Bridge Recruiting to Onboarding: The moment an offer is accepted, the thriving journey begins.
- Build and Champion HOH’s Employer Brand: You actively represent HOH across job boards, LinkedIn, and community networks.
- Partner with Leaders and Protect Process Integrity: You are a trusted partner to hiring managers — setting expectations, coaching them on inclusive interviewing practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-department or multi-location environment
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you connect easily with people at all levels and represent the organization with professionalism and warmth
- High ownership mentality — you follow through, manage competing priorities, and hold yourself accountable to results, not just activity
- Genuine passion for people and culture — you understand that every hire shapes the team and takes that responsibility seriously
- Knowledge of employment law basics and equitable hiring practices
- Comfortable using data to measure and improve recruiting effectiveness
- Experience in a growing, multi-location, or family-owned business is a plus
