About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate title and survey review for the firm's Real Estate practice
- Review title commitments and related documents
- Analyze and summarize title exceptions
- Identify legal and commercial issues affecting transactions
- Collaborate with deal attorneys to evaluate title matters and develop practical solutions
- Manage title and survey review across multiple transactions
- Ensure timely execution and effective communication among all parties

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Experience preferably gained in a large law firm or national title company
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Membership in the Bar in the United States
- Resume or CV required
- Law school transcript required for application
- Ability to review title commitments and related documents
- Knowledge of title insurance and survey matters
- Applicants must be qualified for employment under applicable law
