About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent lenders, private equity sponsors, and public and private company borrowers in lending transactions
Work on acquisition finance and asset-based lending matters
Advise clients on lines of credit for public and private companies
Handle syndicated TLA/TLB transactions
Work on private credit transactions
Handle note purchase agreement private placements
Work on sovereign debt financings
Advise on bank financing transactions and related UCC matters
Interact with sophisticated client teams and build long-term client relationships
Contribute to the corporate and finance group and the firm's collegial culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Middle to senior-level associate
Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions
Experience with related UCC matters
At least three years of directly relevant experience for Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, or Silicon Valley offices
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client teams
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Commitment to excellence
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Membership in the Bar in the United States
Resume or CV required
Law school transcript or equivalent encouraged
Cover letter encouraged
