Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the firm's marketing and business development activities across the Middle East region
- Support the Middle East Managing Partner and regional leadership to drive growth strategy
- Develop and implement a robust regional M&BD strategy
- Identify strategic priorities, target markets, clients, sectors, and growth opportunities
- Support the development and execution of strategic client plans
- Lead strategic pitch and pursuit activity across the region
- Develop high-quality pitch materials, credentials, and client-facing content
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and profile-raising initiatives
- Act as the primary link between the Middle East offices and the global M&BD function
- Lead, develop, and mentor the Middle East M&BD team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive relevant experience, preferably including time in a management role in the legal sector
- Solid understanding of the Middle East market
- Experience in business planning and management, including budgeting and ROI reporting
- Excellent operational and project management skills
- A broad base of experience across the marketing mix, with a strong background in client relationship management, pitches and targeting
- Solid experience of managing and motivating people
- Candidates must be educated to graduate level and hold a good degree or equivalent from a reputable institution
- A relevant post-graduate management or marketing qualification such as an MBA, CIM or equivalent would be advantageous.
