About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support sales team with project evaluation, equipment selection, and quotations
Review plans/specifications and determine system requirements
Perform fan selections based on airflow and static pressure
Develop quotations, proposals, and submittals
Maintain project documentation and revision tracking
Coordinate with manufacturers on technical solutions
Review orders and acknowledgments for accuracy
Provide order status updates and customer communication
Support contractors and reps with technical guidance
Manage multiple projects with accuracy and responsiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree or 2–5 years relevant experience
Knowledge of industrial ventilation or centrifugal fans preferred
Ability to read drawings and technical documents
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
