About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide exceptional service to clients
Support Community Managers in communications (oral and written)
Generate documents and organize electronic records
Respond to homeowner inquiries via telephone, email, or through actions items
Update homeowner account notes and send violation letters
Review and organize architectural requests
Create and track maintenance work orders
Organize community newsletters
Attend association meetings as requested
Track insurance renewals and bids
Scan and electronically file documents
Conduct community standards tours

Requirements
