Install and inspect components related to sheetrock, fireplaces, kitchen soffits, stairways, and door preparation
Install components within a controlled environment
Identify needed materials using purchase orders
Ensure compliance with appropriate codes
Maintain inventory, tools, and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Work safely and follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate PPE
Maintain a favorable working relationship with employees
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, blueprints, floor plans, and work orders
Understanding of standard workflow and time frames for project stages
Proficient knowledge of core tools, including tape measure, hammer, drill, level, saw, nail gun, staple gun, screw gun, and framing square
Strict attention to detail and order accuracy
Ability to perform physical work overhead for extended periods
Ability to use mathematics and measuring devices to calculate length, width, height, and depth
Ability to follow written and spoken instructions
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds comfortably and consistently
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with evening work as needed
Ability to wear required safety glasses and hearing protection when required
Ability to stand and walk for long periods and perform physical labor
Good manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, and excellent stamina
