About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide non-personal, administrative, and aeromedical case management support services
  • Accomplish administrative case evaluations by receiving, tracking, and reviewing pertinent medical data
  • Update and maintain various electronic systems of record
  • Coordinate with MAJCOMs, HQ USAF, and Medical Treatment Facilities
  • Prepare recurring and nonrecurring reports, correspondence, and documents related to case processing metrics and data quality
  • Collect and compile data for final case disposition and handle mail-out actions to members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, disorders of human body systems, and emergency medical care procedures
  • High proficiency with Portable Document Format (PDF) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
