Beverage Server

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service to guests
- Accurately enter beverage orders into the POS system
- Prepare drink garnishes and set-ups according to standards
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company liquor laws and regulations
- Follow S.M.A.R.T., T.I.P.S., or ServSafe alcohol service standards
- Retrieve and transport used glassware to designated areas
- Maintain and balance server bank when applicable
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
- Foster positive guest and team member relationships
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate mobile devices, tablets, and POS systems
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
