About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Primarily performs maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, servicing and programming of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Ability to perform work with limited or no supervision
  • Maintenance, repair and operation of all HVACR / commercial equipment / systems
  • Troubleshoots, repairs, programs and maintains DDC, BAS, VFD sensors and mechanical devices
  • Performs repair and maintenance of critical refrigerated systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years’ experience in a healthcare or similar regulated industrial setting as a HVAC Mechanic
  • Knowledge of repair, testing, and maintenance for fire alarm and life safety systems
  • All appropriate safety practices for working with hand and power tools
  • HVAC Certification or Documented Military Journeyman level or higher for respective trade(s) and Universal Certification CFC/ESCO or Institute Certification for HVAC or related Accredited Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License.
