About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primarily performs maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, servicing and programming of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Ability to perform work with limited or no supervision
- Maintenance, repair and operation of all HVACR / commercial equipment / systems
- Troubleshoots, repairs, programs and maintains DDC, BAS, VFD sensors and mechanical devices
- Performs repair and maintenance of critical refrigerated systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years’ experience in a healthcare or similar regulated industrial setting as a HVAC Mechanic
- Knowledge of repair, testing, and maintenance for fire alarm and life safety systems
- All appropriate safety practices for working with hand and power tools
- HVAC Certification or Documented Military Journeyman level or higher for respective trade(s) and Universal Certification CFC/ESCO or Institute Certification for HVAC or related Accredited Certification
- Valid Driver’s License.
