Senior Writer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Researches, organizes, writes, edits, and produces final products for a wide variety of complex documentation
- Recommends overall organization, layout, editorial standards, and information relevance for correspondence
- Coordinates documents with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Interviews subject-matter experts and leadership personnel to develop or confirm content requirements
- Prepares draft replies for review and approval by designated officials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure adherence to HHS, IHS, and Federal Government guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint online, Adobe, MS Teams, OneDrive, and internal tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information without breaches of HIPAA or the Privacy Act
