About the role

  • Safeguard assets and supervise Cage operations to ensure internal control procedures are followed.
  • Be vigilant of irregularities and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including federal monetary transaction laws.
  • Supervise Cage personnel and Shift Supervisors and ensure proper supervision of all cage activities and records.
  • Maintain control and inventory of all currency, coins, checks, related forms, and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming controls, company regulations, and internal controls.
  • Assist the Cash Operations Manager with evaluation, training, and instruction of Cage personnel and shift supervisors.
  • Assist with schedules, timesheet changes, tracking time off requests, and timecard approvals.
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, counseling, and other personnel-related matters.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of internal activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
  • Three (3) years of cage experience, with one (1) year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of state gaming regulations pertaining to casino operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
  • Ability to work varying schedules and swing shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (physical requirement).
