Culinary Operations Supervisor – Swing and Grave Shift

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise and distribute workload among culinary team members to ensure efficient operations
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to culinary staff
- Manage team schedules to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with required training, certifications, and work card requirements
- Develop menu items, recipes, and production guides
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house leadership to promote food safety and service excellence
- Oversee event and group setup and breakdown, assigning duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards across culinary operations
- Ensure compliance with department and company policies, internal controls, and government regulations
- Participate in and promote safety meetings and periodic training sessions
- Foster positive team member and guest relations
- Present a professional appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Eight (8) years of culinary management experience in a large, multi-outlet casino/hotel environment
- Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage planning and production procedures
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
