About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver friendly, professional food & beverage service during events
Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting
Accurately enter orders into POS systems
Assist with event setup, beverage preparation, and maintaining clean service areas
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Follow all liquor laws, company policies, and responsible alcohol service standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Must obtain and maintain ServSafe, TIPS, or S.M.A.R.T. certification
Must be able to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
