About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creating and maintaining a welcoming and pleasurable business environment.
Learning and owning the organization of sales files/records, AR tracking of customers, sending weekly payment reminders.
Assisting in Titan Storage duties as needed.
Assisting in legal submissions for non-paying customers.
Assisting in transportation of purchased vehicles to and from auto auctions, when needed.
Preparation of automobiles for resale, such as detailing, parking, etc.
Minor auto repair, such as winterization, fluid checks, operating inspections, wiper blade renewal, etc.
Assisting Manager with car sales when necessary.
Snow removal and pick up of debris around the lot.
Building janitorial duties as needed.
Transporting automobiles to service contract providers as needed.
Contact customers for both car sales and repair work.
Set up appointments for repairs, pick-ups, and deliveries.
Possible preparation of sales paperwork for customers.
Work hours as directed by the Rez Cars Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

One or more years of sales experience, preferably in automobile sales.
Ability to effectively present information to customers.
Maintain a Dealer’s License, Salesperson License, and any other applicable license to legally purchase and sell automobiles.
Thorough knowledge of cars' mechanical and electronic systems and competence with a variety of electronic tools.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Maintains a valid Driver’s License and be insurable under company insurance provider/program.
