Security Officer – On Call

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
- Ensure safety and security of guests, team members, and company property.
- Complete detailed incident and investigative reports in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in all interactions.
- Assist with the secure transfer of money and chips from the casino floor.
- Patrol assigned areas to maintain a safe environment.
- Enforce casino policies, procedures, and compliance with NRGC regulations.
- Stand assigned post for extended periods as required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding daily activities and incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and backup calls.
- Control access to restricted or secure areas of the facility.
- Maintain clear radio communication throughout assigned shift.
- Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience required
- Previous security experience preferred; casino or hospitality environment experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
